After reading such a book as this, I really hesitate to write a review. There's no way my words can live up to the standards set by this book. It so entered my life that when I had to set it down I truly ached to get back to the story. It's characters became very real to me and even now I wonder if there aren't real people out there, living real stories, much like the ones in the book. I was so sad that there wasn't a sequel offered at the end. If the author ever writes one I'll be at the head of the line to get it. This book will lighten your spirit, make you smile often and become part of you if you read it. I wish there was a special 6th star to be given to books that are above outstanding. And to think I almost didn't read it after the first couple of pages because I thought the story was about things I wasn't interested in. I promise touring you read this book far enough it will be one of the best books you've ever read! What a ride. What a story. I most highly recommend this book to everyone and I do mean everyone! :) :DHIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE!!!!!! :) :D ******

Eleora has the action and imagination of LOTR with poetic undertones comparable to Redeeming Love- an unexpected but delightful combination! I loved the depth of layers and will read this again. I’m sure I missed some buried jewels on the first read because I was racing to discover what would happen next!
What a wonderful book! I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. The characters come alive, and are completely believable. This is the first book by this author. I can't wait to read what she has next! I highly recommend Eleora for anyone wanting to be whisked away to another world this summer.
Eleora is a captivating story with believable characters that come to life with through the author's descriptions. You read just enough descriptive detail to allow your imagination to run wild with mental images of Mara, Declan, and Zev. I counted out the book down and read in two sittings.
This book touched my heart so deeply I don't even know where to begin describing it. I don't believe I've ever felt such a range of emotions with any other book before. I was so emotionally connected to the characters that I found myself scared, relieved, angry, surprised, hopeful, and exultant, to say the least. I appreciate that the story is not white-washed and glossed-over, how the author does not hesitate to give accurate the descriptions of unpleasant events.
This book is an amazing fictitious story that parallels the love of a Divine Groom to His bride. I lived in the story's wake for days because my eyes were opened to a very real, personal truth of how God sees me and just how unconditional His love and acceptance of me is. Melissa Keaster has masterfully woven the person of Yahweh into an incredible fantasy novel. I highly recommend this book and look forward to the next one!
I finished reading Eleora last night.
Wow! I had that feeling you get when the movie is over, but you aren't quite ready to get up out of your seat.
I wanted to hang on to that final word.
It's deep and rich and full of engaging characters, suspense and action.
I love the theme of redemption and adoption.
I'll be reading it again when I've had time to sift through the story in my mind.
It's all that I hoped and expected it to be. Well done!
It’s hard to write a review without spoilers, but I will try to be as vauge as possible. The characters became real to me within the first few pages and I was pulled into their lives. I began making my own plans for them but, much to my dismay, the author did not choose the lives I would have chosen for them. As angry as it made me, I also understand what she was trying to convey through the direction the story took. Only a good book could make you so invested in the characters that you get upset when things don’t go your way.
Eleora kept me enthralled and I couldn't put it down, yet I had to pause and process what Mara experienced and let my emotions catch up to me. I could practically see the faces, hear the pulse of the river along the shore, and feel the touch of the characters. The language is rich and vibrant. I will be reading it again to pick up on everything I missed the first time around. Reading Eleora is time well spent.
